We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and solution architecture. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce applications while ensuring optimal performance and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.
  Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
  Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.
  Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
  Required Skills:
  Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
  Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.
