We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and optimization of our Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, integrations, and the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. This role requires a technical-first mindset, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Product, and Engineering to build scalable solutions that drive business impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design & Develop: Build scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to optimize CRM workflows.
  • Lead-to-Cash Expertise: Architect solutions that support the full GTM motion, from lead generation through deal closure, billing, and renewals.
  • Integrations & Automation: Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and business systems (e.g., Netsuite, HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS tools like Workato.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, use SFDX, Git, and VS Code to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado for automated deployments and release management.
  • Best Practices & Industry Standards: Guide stakeholders by explaining best practices, industry standards, and the challenges of deviating from standard business processes to ensure long-term success and system integrity.
  • Technical Leadership: Set best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and SOX.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance to junior developers and help drive Salesforce innovation within the organization.
