We’re seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative and agile team delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions that support state-wide elections across New South Wales. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based applications, working across APIs, integrations, and automated deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in delivering solutions under tight and immovable timelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and quality across all deliverables. About the NSW Electoral Commission The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer across Sales Cloud/Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud. Proven experience developing and integrating Salesforce APIs and web services, including REST API and external integrations (e.g. Azure APIM). Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Gearset for automated deployments and version control. Experience working as a Salesforce SME across data migration/management, configuration, and automation (E.g. Flows). Strong focus on code quality, unit testing, and documentation. Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
