Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce? Do you enjoy working on greenfield Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that make a real difference?

We are seeking a talented mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across Utilities, Government, Education, and Public Sector projects — ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions across Public Sector, Education Cloud, and Utilities Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work on greenfield Salesforce projects, setting and maintaining best-practice development standards.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce applications, ensuring compliance with government and data security policies.
  • Perform data modelling, integration, and API development to extend Salesforce capabilities.
  • Optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities within an agile delivery environment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work.
  • Support CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven experience in Utilities, Government, Education Cloud, and/or Public Sector Solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, security models, and best practices.
  • Experience working on greenfield implementations from design to delivery.
  • Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, security configurations, and compliance frameworks for government projects.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications highly regarded.
