Required Technical Skills:3+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
2+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Omnistudio
One full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Omnistudio (preferably in Public Sector Solutions or Health Cloud)
Sound experience in technical design using Omnistudio tools: FlexCards Framework, OmniScripts, and Business Rules Engine
End-to-end Salesforce development experience: LWC, APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, JavaScript, SOAP and REST
Overall experience range: 3-8 years with 3+ years in Salesforce and 2+ years in Salesforce Omnistudio
Must Have:Salesforce Omnistudio experience, including FlexCards
Strong Salesforce configuration & development skills
Public Sector Solutions experience (ideally)
Baseline Security Clearance OR Australian Citizen with checkable background to achieve Baseline Clearance
Good to Have:Sound knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Health)
Interest in cross-platform integration and expanding technical horizons
