Design scalable application architectures and improve customer results
Scalable, high-performance solutions emerge from your close collaboration with E2E architects, specialist departments, product owners and other stakeholders, while always keeping the impact along the entire value chain in mind.
Lead developers professionally and enable shared success
Your responsibilities include the conceptual design of the technical direction of our Salesforce implementation. Depending on project requirements, this may also temporarily involve the technical leadership of an agile development team and the targeted management of external partners with the aim of continuously ensuring the highest quality.
Decisively manage complex projects and deliver results.

Several years of experience (ideally >5 years) in Salesforce system architecture, integration, and Salesforce implementations
Your experience includes the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions as well as their deployment in demanding system landscapes.
Solid expertise in Salesforce technologies and modern development environments
You are proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, and confidently use tools such as GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Jira, and Confluence. You are familiar with the support options offered by AI in engineering.
Develop scalable architectural concepts and implement them with technical excellence.
