Responsibilities

Be part of a dynamic and collaborative support-focused CRM Practice (BAU) team as a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst.
Your role maintains all components of Salesforce applications (25+), continuously assessing the systems to keep abreast of new technologies and applying this knowledge to meet organisational objectives.

Your role works closely with the customers to provide support, managing pain points, and deliver continuous improvements. The main responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned Salesforce application(s), providing technical expertise and best practice guidance and hands-on technical support to the customers and stakeholders
  • Analyse and translate both functional and non-functional requirements to a quality solution design and system specifications
  • Hands-on involvement in developing Salesforce solutions to the agreed requirements and specifications
  • Conduct verification, debugging and testing in lower environments to deliver stable and functional application that performs to documented requirements
  • Maintain accurate system bug tracking data and all related systems documents to monitor their compliance to agreed quality standards
  • Work with Transport’s governance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, legislative requirements and Transport policies, collaborate with other internal Transport teams and external vendors, for change implementation
