REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Demonstrated more than 5 years of experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of Implementation experience in Vlocity Omnistudio components
  • Responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying complex custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Salesforce.
  • Experience with setting up Salesforce deployment pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean maintainable Apex code as part of a continuous integration and delivery process.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
  • Experience working with integrations involving REST APIs using integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce APIs and integrating with internal/external applications
  • Knowledge in Devops tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GIT for version controlling including experience in handling CI & CD related issues and deployments
  • Knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in Salesforce Public Sector solutions is advantageous.
  • Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives
  • Excellent communication skills in liaising with team members and stakeholders
  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent job experience
  • Certifications in Salesforce and OmniStudio
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects
  • Minimum 7 y ears of Salesforce Experience including OmniStudio
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector solutions.
