Description

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in Sweden. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.

  • You bring 10+ years of experience in project and programme management within complex digital transformation environments - ideally including multiple Salesforce engagements.
  • You’re a natural leader, known for building trust and cohesion within cross-functional teams that include developers, consultants, designers, and architects.
  • You’re deeply familiar with P3M (Projects, Programmes, and Portfolios), and skilled in agile, lean, and traditional methodologies.
  • You thrive in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments and know how to bring structure to ambiguity while driving clarity, outcomes, and value.
  • Your toolbox includes strong commercial acumen - project budgeting, financial modeling, and P&L ownership come naturally.
  • You have excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills, and you’re comfortable reporting progress to senior executives.
  • You’re laser-focused on customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS) and on delivering tangible business value.
  • You mentor and support more junior team members and bring a mindset of growth - for yourself, your team, and your clients.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish is essential
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead full-cycle Salesforce projects and transformation programmes using a design-led approach that integrates agile and lean principles.
  • Take charge from the earliest engagement stages, ensuring proposed solutions are delivery-ready in terms of scope, budget, and resources.
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams with clearly defined roles and a shared sense of ownership.
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, ensuring progress is consistently aligned with expectations across time, cost, and quality dimensions.
  • Act as a strategic servant leader - mentoring, unblocking, and uplifting teams while fostering a strong sense of collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive/C-level sponsors, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability throughout.
  • Establish effective ways of working to maintain delivery cadence and governance while adapting to shifting circumstances and priorities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers, ensuring delivery momentum is sustained.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates and performance reporting to both internal leadership and client sponsors.
  • Partner closely with Engagement Directors (EDs), Agile Project Managers (APMs), and consultants to monitor delivery health and team performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement, drive knowledge sharing, and contribute to building a culture of excellence and learning.
