Duties of the Salesforce Technical Lead

• Ensuring solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Supporting design standards creation and design reviews, and developing Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality of the solution.
• Delivering quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in concert with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
• Bringing your expertise of Salesforce Vlocity to help guide best practice solution delivery.

Skills and Experience Required 

• Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, in building and working with integrations (example REST APIs, Platform Events) and working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development
• Experience in Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs as well as Vlocity package/Omnistudio platform using Ominiscripts, Flexcards, Integration procedure and DataRaptors
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain) are highly desirable
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices
