POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Senior Techno-Functional Consultant. This role is pivotal in driving our Salesforce initiatives and requires a strong techno-functional background in both standard and custom Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 – 10 years in Functional/Business analysis and/or Technical roles with strong knowledge of at least 3 Salesforce features listed (Sales, Service, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Agentforce or FSC SFI) and hands-on configuration/customization experience.
  • Skilled in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization.
  • Proven track record in leading projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
  • Experience in implementing web service integrations and familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, or Ant.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Must possess at least 1 of the following Salesforce certifications:
  • Administrator
  • Advanced Administrator
  • Agentforce
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • OmniStudio
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools (e.g., Conga, Adobe Sign)

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead Teams: Manage a team of Techno-Functional Consultants/Business Analysts in project delivery.
  • Requirements Translation: Convert business strategies into functional and technical requirements, aligning with customer and product needs.
  • Collaborate: Share the product vision and work closely with Business Owners, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure effective project execution.
  • Methodology: Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (including hybrid approaches).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
  • Documentation: Create functional and technical requirement documents, user stories, and system design specifications, ensuring traceability.
  • Configuration & Development: Configure and develop customized solutions on Salesforce and other related platforms.
  • Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize business needs, and propose enhancements.
  • UAT & Training: Conduct user acceptance testing training, develop test scripts, and coordinate system testing.
  • Technical Architecture: Collaborate on technical architecture during design, testing, and deployment phases, including user authentication mechanisms.
  • PMO Reporting: Familiarity with PMO reporting mechanisms and required metrics.

Business Development

  • Solution Formulation: Actively participate in and propose solutions for business development activities.
  • Best Practices: Recommend optimal solutions based on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and FSC SFI modules.
  • Demos and POCs: Configure and develop customized solutions for demonstrations or proof of concepts as needed.
