Role Requirements:

• Significant Recent SAP Utilities Field Service (FSM)
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations
• Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical and non-technical audiences
