MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of four years of experience deploying SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, JDE, apexportal, cloud supplier management onboarding tools, RPA, or other similar cloud software
  • Contributing role in at least two SAP Ariba implementations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to travel when necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or other applicable Master’s degree
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Ability to contribute or lead business development activities related to new projects or client engagements
  • Participated in at least four SAP Ariba implementations
  • Have managed or participated in at least two SAP Ariba end-to-end implementations
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation of SAP Ariba upstream and/or downstream cloud software.
  • Conduct project meetings and take the lead on project tracking and analysis. Define, or work with the assigned project manager to define, project scope, project plans, completion of status reports, and other project duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal SMEs and systems integration resources to ensure all client requirements can be met.
  • Monitor adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies.
  • Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform, using CCP Global’s implementation methodology.
  • Support the processes and procedures that reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects. Provide analytical guidance to project team, including troubleshooting, if necessary. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate client training and lead account transfer to Client Management after successful implementation. Provide coaching/mentoring to others on project management principles and techniques.
