Job Title Senior SAP BRIM Business Analyst Job Description As a Senior SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Business Analyst, you’ll help build internal expertise and standardize capabilities across key Amadeus Billing Areas. You’ll work with SAP BRIM modules such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI), translating business needs into functional solutions aligned with our Ordering and Billing Solution team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring delivery aligns with budget, timelines, and quality expectations, while supporting both internal and external customer needs. This role balances customization and standardization to maintain streamlined, integrated end-to-end processes and tools. Your Main Responsibilities Guide and contribute to SAP BRIM implementation projects, ensuring thoughtful design, configuration, and deployment. Customize and configure SOM, CI, and CC to support subscription and billing processes, including recurring, usage-based, and one-time charges. Ensure integration of SAP CRM with S/4HANA, maintaining consistency across the SAP BRIM landscape. Support application lifecycle and continuous improvement, including automation of billing and customization of business partners and products. Enable future-state readiness, leveraging SAP BRIM capabilities and staying current with SAP trends and best practices. About the Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or equivalent experience. Experience in SAP BRIM projects, including at least two implementations. SAP BRIM / Subscription Order Management & Usage to Cash certification is valued. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches. Skilled in clear communication and building collaborative relationships across teams.
