MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or other related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5 years’ experience as an SAP business analyst with increasing levels of responsibility; 3 years of experience collaborating with development teams, internal or external; global support experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Diverse experience in multiple functional areas (e.g., Supply Chain management, business intelligence, vendor management, procurement, finance, sales, payroll, procure-to-pay, customer-to-cash) and hands-on experience in leading user acceptance testing
• Experience in creating and managing requirements governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of data, SAP data tables and data lake concepts. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates hands-on knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile)
• Manages ambiguity well. Has a global outlook and develops local expertise while operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
• Demonstrates strong listening, communications, alliance-building, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills
• Strong enterprise business acumen

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The SAP Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, using business process knowledge and data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. This role contributes to the company’s success by ensuring that cross-functional requirements are accurately captured and documented, and by developing a stronger documentation governance process.
