We’re seeking a Senior SAP BW/HANA Consultant who can architect intelligent data models, elevate financial reporting, and deliver analytics solutions used across global business units. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and finance—translating complex requirements into high-performing SAP BW/HANA solutions that enable real-time insights and smarter decision-making. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and optimize SAP BW/HANA models and data flows Lead end-to-end Financial Reporting & Analytics initiatives (requirements → go-live) Build scalable, sustainable, enterprise-grade reporting solutions Support 3rd-line technical issues and deliver expert-level troubleshooting Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders Identify data-driven opportunities to improve processes & reporting performance Required Expertise 7+ years hands-on SAP BW/HANA experience Deep knowledge of Finance Reporting & Analytics (AtR, OTC, FP&A, STS) Strong SAP HANA modeling, SQL, ABAP, and analytics tooling Proven track record delivering complex reporting & analytics projects Strong communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced, global, cross-functional teams Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) Preferred Skills SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) Analysis for Office, Power BI, WebI, BEx SLT, Informatica, SAP Datasphere, Databricks, SAC-P Confluence, Jira, ALM/Xray DevSecOps concepts Why Join?
