Baer is looking for Senior SAP CAMS PEO Consultant for a 2 months Federal Remote Project.
Title: Senior SAP CAMS PEO Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 2 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and support SAP CAMS and PEO implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Perform data mapping, migration, and validation for complex data sets
• Create and maintain detailed functional specifications for custom data extracts and loads
• Develop and execute test scripts; manage testing cycles and resolve defects
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP CAMS/PEO with other modules and external systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring optimal system performance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, including full lifecycle implementations
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP CAMS and SAP PEO in a senior or lead role
• Strong expertise in data migration, mapping, and validation processes
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed functional specifications
• Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
• Excellent understanding of SAP master and transactional data, and module integration dependencies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
