Description

You will assume overall responsibility for SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects in discrete manufacturing and/or the process industry.
You manage the project in an integrated manner across all disciplines, streams and project phases, and lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.
You are responsible for project organization, planning, scheduling, budget and cost control, quality management, and project-related reporting.
You ensure clear project governance and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
You actively participate in SAP projects, e.g., in conception, process design, as well as in testing, training and hypercare phases.
You coordinate and lead subject matter experts within the project structure.
You manage internal and external stakeholders at the customer, specialist and management levels, communicate regularly with the steering committee and act as a trusted advisor by guiding customers safely through complex decision-making and transformation processes.
