Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠⁠⁠Senior SAP Data Consultant (Data Migration) for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
Please note: This position requires the candidate’s physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on data migration and data integration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP BODS (ETL tool) for large-scale data migrations.
  • LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) for migration objects.
  • Data Migration from ECC to S/4HANA (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid approaches).
  • Integration of SuccessFactors (SF) and ECP with S/4HANA.
  • Solid understanding of SAP data models (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, Payroll).
  • Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across functional and technical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data migration activities from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and data quality.
  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data into S/4 systems.
  • Execute and manage data load activities using LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) for master and transactional data.
  • Drive integration of SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) data into S/4HANA, ensuring seamless HR and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, define data migration strategies, and validate migrated datasets.
  • Establish data quality frameworks, cleansing processes, and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants in technical and functional migration tasks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
