Responsibilities
  • Support customers when they encounter business critical situations with their supply planning; analyze, evaluate and resolve issues related to the implementation and operation of an ABAP, but also Java and C++ based solution.
  • Uphold our commitment to delivering exemplary customer service; periodic on-call duty during weekends is a requisite component of this role.
  • Maintain assigned modules by designing, implementing and testing corrections that will directly impact over 1400 customers
  • Develop new features when necessary
  • Leverage AI to identify opportunities to optimize work and team processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing AI-based best practices and learnings with team members.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement by documenting and updating support documentation to enable other support layers.
  • Be part of a virtual/or local development scrum team, work closely together with other members to ensure team success.
  • Enhance skills beyond own core functionality and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
