YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior SAP FICO Lead within our SAP team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the SAP community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

You will play a key role in:

• Lead a team of 3-10 consultants, onshore and offshore as part of an SAP implementation.
• Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery and support.
• Prepare and share a status report for the finance domain, drive the team’s workload based on the agreed timelines and quality outputs required for the project.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.
