    We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP Finance Functional Software Developer to provide expert-level functional support and development across SAP FICO and its integrated modules including SD, Timesheet (CATS), Real Estate (RE-FX), and Project System (PS).

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ Years Extensive SAP FICO expertise with hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • 4+ Years Strong experience in related SAP modules—SD, Timesheet (CATS), Real Estate (RE-FX), and Project System (PS).
  • Proven ability to manage issues, analyse root causes, and deliver stable BAU support.
  • Solid experience with functional testing, SAP upgrades, and transport coordination.
  • Strong understanding of master data governance and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • SAP SD billing & O2C integration
  • SAP CATS timesheet/payroll integration
  • RE-FX lease accounting & periodic postings
  • Project System budgeting & settlements
  • ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • SAP enhancement and upgrade pack support
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day functional support across SAP FICO and integrated modules (SD, Timesheet, RE-FX, PS).
  • Resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
  • Analyse recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions or enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain key FICO components—GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Manage timesheet processing, payroll integration, and cost/WBS allocations.
  • Support SD billing and order-to-cash processes, ensuring accurate financial postings.
  • Maintain RE-FX contracts, lease accounting, and integration with finance.
  • Support PS structures, budgeting, cost planning, and project settlements.
  • Conduct functional testing (unit, UAT, regression) for upgrades and transports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and enhance processes.
  • Create training materials and documentation to support system adoption.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
