• Ensure legal compliance of the Payroll solution for Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia
• Collaborate with external strategic partners to manage solution operations and smoothly transition deliverables from Development to Operations
• Drive continuous improvement within the Product area in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
• Review and validate all new legal requirements for payroll Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia solution
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide technical, functional as well as business process knowledge within the Product area
• Stay updated on functions, applications and new technologies relevant to the Product area
• Foster innovation as needed to address challenges and drive progress
• Ensure Product area is compliant with Global IT technical, quality and process standards
• Support the SAP’s cloud transformation journey and HR System Landscape modernization
