As a Senior SAP MDM Consultant supporting BESTSECRET’s SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid senior (at least 8+ years) hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MDM and deep knowledge of core data objects, including: Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and related data distribution methods.
• Strong understanding of both technical and business processes in cross-functional SAP Master Data Management.
• Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; project experience in retail, e-commerce, or the fashion industry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a functional consultant with a process-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Master Data Management, supporting daily operations and change requests within the MDM domain.
• Contribute to the design and development of the MDM roadmap for the current S/4HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of planned solutions, including integration with peripheral application systems.
• Promote best practices in Master Data Governance and support process improvement and change management initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to lean solution architecture design and review software and data modeling to ensure compliance with security, scalability, and IT governance standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations around solution delivery, end-to-end process alignment, and the development of technology stacks that support business needs and ongoing improvements.
