Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Consultant to join our SAP IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, rollout and support of SAP Order to Cash processes across the Mobility Aftermarket business division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements (R/3 as well as S/4). Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications. Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements. Integrate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM, and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms). Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners. Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects). Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc). Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with strong focus on S/4HANA Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, with emphasis on: SD functions in sales order: material determination, ABC product/location substitution, quantity-rounding End-to-end sales order, delivery and billing processing with integrated PS module Cross-process chain integration with Source-to-Pay (S2P, SAP MM) and Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F, SAP aATP & Kinaxis) Integration capabilities of SAP (e.g., EDI, API) Willingness to take over tasks / responsibility in further areas / processes within O2C Experience with SAP SD integration into upstream and downstream systems Strong understanding for business processes, not only from the SAP perspective Successfully completed at least 3 full SAP project lifecycles (from design to go-live and hyper care) Practical experience supporting or developing S/4HANA global templates Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a big advantage Soft Skills & Personal Competencies Well-organized and structured working style Assertiveness – requirements need to be challenged against the business and pushed through multiple cross functional organizations Strong pro-active communication skills across business and IT stakeholders Ability to independently organize and drive own tasks and deliverables Team-oriented mindset with experience working in tandem setups Capability to drive topics in a global, cross-functional team within a complex system landscape Comfortable working in an international environment and supporting customers worldwide Willingness to travel up to ~25% of working time Global customer support focus, primarily APAC and EMEA regions Preferred Qualifications: SAP SD certification.
