About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled SAP Order to Cash (OTC) / Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultants with extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defence (A&D) industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring system integrity, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within complex aerospace and defence (A&D) business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SAP OTC/SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects within the Aerospace & Defence domain.
  • Design, configure, and optimise end-to-end OTC processes, including:
  • Order management
  • Pricing and billing
  • Contracts and scheduling agreements
  • Delivery and transportation
  • Credit management and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO, WM, PS) to enable seamless process integration.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with A&D industry practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, export control, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.
  • Provide expertise in enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces (EDI/IDoc, ALE, BAPI, BADI, RFCs, Web Services).
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on A&D-specific processes within OTC/SD.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–20 years of SAP experience with strong focus on Order to Cash / Sales & Distribution.
  • Proven track record in Aerospace & Defense industry projects (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of A&D-specific processes such as:
  • Government contracts & compliance
  • Make-to-order / engineer-to-order processes
  • Project-based sales and billing
  • Export control and defense logistics
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and enhancements.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Best Practices and S/4HANA OTC/SD functionalities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA A&D solutions.
  • Experience with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) for export compliance.
  • Knowledge of SAP PS (Project Systems) integration in A&D scenarios.
  • Understanding of MES and PLM systems integration.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe project environments.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.06 - $60.28 per hour
