The role…
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced expertise in the SAP PM module, optimizing maintenance operations, and driving improvements across asset management processes. This role involves supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems globally, ensuring the seamless integration of PM functionalities with business goals.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP PM, supporting preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Configure and customize SAP PM to align with maintenance and asset management requirements.
• Optimize maintenance workflows and ensure alignment with best practices and operational goals.
• Support SAP PM implementation, including work order management, equipment tracking, and scheduling.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration projects, focusing on data conversion and system integration.
• Manage integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, SD).
• Provide user training and ongoing support to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
• Monitor SAP PM performance and recommend continuous improvements.

What do you bring…

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in SAP PM consulting, with expertise in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM, including maintenance planning, equipment data, and notifications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA migrations (brownfield/greenfield), especially PM data and process transformation.
• Proficient in SAP cross-module integration and middleware tools.
• SAP certifications in Plant Maintenance and S/4HANA preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems is SAP preferred
• Familiarity with IoT-enabled maintenance and condition-based monitoring systems.
• Experience with data-driven maintenance strategies and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for implementation projects.
