YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 
  
  
  
• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA

• Deep expertise in one or more key SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience in project management or pre-sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Willingness and availability to travel if the project requires it

• Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects

• Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and define business processes
• Design, configure, and document solutions across one or more SAP functional areas (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for successful solution integration
• Prepare blueprints and functional specifications
• Support testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities
• Participate in presales activities and contribute to solution proposals
