Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP S4 Project Manager at Avvale you will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project(s) in the ERP and technology space. You will manage cross functional teams responsible for delivering project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. You will plan, organize, monitor, and oversee one or more ERP/Technology projects to meet the businesses defined requirements and specifications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage and build relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Coordinate resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plan and track progress
  • Communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and help prepare a path for the project team to achieve them
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Proactively identify changes in work scope and take appropriate steps to amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline
  • Proactively manage project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story
  • Participate in the development of project management best practices
  • Follow prescribed project procedures as determined by management and organization
