As an Applications Consultant in Capgemini’s award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for a diverse range of clients. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and Employee Central Service Centre.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements, and help translate them into system configurations.
  • Learn and apply SAP best practices and stay informed about the latest updates on the SuccessFactors roadmap.
  • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams in a flexible delivery model.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team documentation and templates.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, demos, and pre-sales materials in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Begin building a professional network within Capgemini, with clients, and with SAP partners.
