WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors module/s.
• Focus on optimizing clients’ HR processes.
• Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in multi-cultural teams on SuccessFactors/SAP HXM solutions.
• Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
• Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
• Lead digital transformation journeys.
