We are a nationally recognized Industrial General Contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects. As we prepare to launch multiple high-value data center builds, we’re seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead project planning and scheduling efforts from preconstruction through commissioning.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed construction schedules for large-scale data center projects. You’ll work closely with project executives, field teams, and trade partners to ensure alignment with project milestones and client expectations. This is a key office-based role in Atlanta, with occasional travel to job sites as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning timelines.
• Analyze schedule progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to internal teams and clients.
