Your tasks

Are you looking to get directly involved in challenging infrastructure projects and take on responsibility in a dynamic consulting firm? In your role as Senior Scheduler (m/f/d), you can expect to be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Overall responsibility for the creation, updating and management of complex schedules for major projects
  • Control, evaluation and coordination of scheduling with internal and external project stakeholders at management and project levels
  • Qualitative review of schedules regarding structure, contractual deadlines, dependencies and plausibility
  • Analysis, optimization and further development of construction processes as well as construction scheduling and process planning
  • Preparation of meaningful reports including construction progress, deviation and scenario analyses for clients and project management.
  • Development, maintenance and control of resource and cash flow plans
  • Development of tailor-made, project-specific solutions in close coordination with our customers
  • Proactive communication of project deadlines, risks, and recommendations for action to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Professional and disciplinary management of a small scheduling or project team.

Responsibilities

Your profile

You have solid experience in scheduling and work preparation for large-scale construction projects and want to contribute your technical expertise and leadership skills to demanding projects. Ideally, you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in scheduling and construction planning for major projects in civil engineering and/or infrastructure construction.
  • Very good user knowledge of at least two common scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Tilos or Asta Powerproject)
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications
  • Structured, solution- and results-oriented work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in the professional and/or disciplinary management of employees or project teams is an advantage.
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level) / Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips throughout Germany
