SENIOR SCHEDULER (M/W/D)

Are you an experienced project scheduler with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, fluent in English (C1) and also German (C1).
Do you thrive in complex infrastructure environments, enjoy working across teams, and have a sharp eye for planning, risk analysis, and continuous improvement?
Fluence is looking for a Senior Scheduler to drive project scheduling across our portfolio, ensuring flawless execution from planning to delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple complex tasks/projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 minimum); proficiency in German (C1 minimum) is required for one of the positions.
• Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching teams and non-specialists in scheduling to drive change is valued.
• Risk Analysis: Experience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis is a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle Unifier is valued.
• Certifications: Scheduling Professional Certificates (e.g., PMI-SP or similar) are valued.
