In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules for complex data centre construction projects. As part of the strategic partnership between CBRE and Turner & Townsend, this role will be based within CBRE Project Management S.A Support the Project Manager in establishing the master schedule and project milestones plan. Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating the overall project schedule in all its phases. Integrate detailed schedules for each project stage developed by the parties responsible for each phase: design, procurement, construction, commissioning. Issue planning reports, project progress updates, deviations, etc. Support the Project Manager in developing mitigation or acceleration plans for timelines. Assist the procurement manager in establishing schedules for procurement and purchasing. Support the procurement and/or construction manager in setting milestone plans for tender documents. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in data centre projects Proficiency in project management/scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM) Experience with resource allocation and management in large-scale construction projects Familiarity with data centre construction processes and standards Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication in English and Spanish are required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
