Job Description

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
  • Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and issue reports.
  • Collaborate with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
  • Experience of handling Mission Critical projects independently is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end project processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
