Are you passionate about photography and confident working with children? JS Photography is a well-established and growing School and Nursery photography business based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. We’ve been capturing quality school images for families to treasure for over 30 years, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the busy Autumn term.

DBS REQUIREMENTS

An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out as part of our safer recruitment policy.

THE ROLE

As a Senior School Photographer, you’ll play a hands-on role both on-site at schools and nurseries, and back at our office. You’ll be part of our experienced team and start capturing images right after joining.
This role is about more than just photography — we’re looking for someone who can bring energy, organisation, and a great attitude to a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Shooting in Schools and Nurseries each day
• Photographing children (individuals and groups)
• Editing and processing images in Lightroom and Photoshop at our office
• Working to a tight schedule while maintaining a high level of quality
• Driving to schools across the country
• Helping with general photography and production tasks as needed
