ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior School Engagement Officer will lead the design and delivery of strategic communications. In this role, you will engage with schools and key stakeholders regarding changes to CESE’s data collection processes, which includes project planning, change management, detailed technical writing, and the development of professional learning for schools.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leading the development and execution of clear, engaging communication strategies and professional learning materials to support the data collections.
• Using strong project management skills to deliver work across multiple projects, coordinate tasks, and ensure all timelines are met.
• Using digital tools and data platforms to analyse and resolve data quality issues, applying critical thinking to assess data integrity and support schools in improving their data.
• Providing high-quality data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and data collection processes.
• Building effective, collaborative relationships across directorates, the department, and external stakeholders.
• Supervising and mentoring a small team, setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture.
