Have a servant heart Have demonstrated excellent organisational skills Have school leadership experience About you Be able to display the capacity to improve student learning outcomes. Be able to demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Be able to effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes.
