The School is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our close-knit academic team. This is a permanent, full-time role to support the growing needs of the Senior School.
This role will support middle and senior school mathematics classes so the ability and your experience to teach Yr 11 & 12 maths will be highly regarded.
You will work as part of an energetic team committed to excellence and the provision of an effective teaching and learning environment for students. This includes the delivery of teaching and learning programs within the frameworks in place in the School; fostering a supportive classroom climate which enhances student growth and confidence; and maintaining accurate records as required.

• Be passionate about teaching and enriching the learning experience of students.
• Differentiate the curriculum by employing a variety of instructional techniques and strategies aligned with instructional objectives, to meet the needs of all students.
• Experience monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress within the curriculum area, using data analysis to inform classroom strategies for student development and improvement.
• The ability to develop confidence and self-esteem in students and to act as a role model in presentation, action, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with highly developed organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to participation in grounds’ supervision on a regular rostered basis.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with relevant teaching qualifications and current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Queensland College of Teachers being highly regarded
