They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ideally, they will bring prior experience working in or with schools, or have a background in customer service, operations, or account management.
We are looking for someone passionate about supporting schools and nurturing strong, positive relationships with school partnerships across the UK and internationally. Above all, the ideal candidate will have a positive, solution-focused mindset, a collaborative spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Senior School Placements Officer. In this role, you’ll lead on developing and implementing key processes to ensure placement and employment schools meet Initial Teacher Training (ITT) standards and NITE’s requirements. You’ll work closely with schools to ensure a positive onboarding experience while making sure they meet eligibility criteria - helping set our students up for success from the very start.
