In this varied, hands-on role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of ICT issues, helping staff and students get the most from their technology. Whether you are fixing faults or setting up new equipment, you will keep systems up to date and running efficiently. You will also take a proactive approach, monitoring performance and carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise disruption. Alongside this, you will help maintain clear documentation and support ICT procurement, ensuring the school’s technology is well-managed and fit for the future. Where relevant, you will support and guide junior technicians, helping to share knowledge, organise workloads, and deliver a high-quality service across the team. This is a hands-on, support-focused role ideal for someone with solid experience in ICT within an educational setting. The postholder may also be required to support other schools in the area during periods of high demand or staff absence. This role is predominately based at Bishop Justus School, Bromley, Magpie Hall Lane, BR2 8HZ and is full-time, with some flexibility required.
