Expertise in microbiological techniques including aseptic processing, microbial culturing, microbial growth monitoring, and in-vitro microbiology testing.
Experience designing, executing, and interpreting microbiology studies, including antimicrobial assays, biofilm models, or related research methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot experiments, solve complex scientific problems, and independently drive research activities forward.
Strong scientific communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 13485, FDA regulations, GMP principles, and laboratory best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving research needs.
