Purpose: Join our innovative R&D team as a Senior Scientist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge polymer formulations for Class II and III medical devices. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to explore the effects of various chemical compounds on polymerization kinetics, device performance, and formulation development. Your expertise will drive projects from concept through scale-up with focus on novel formulations, including monomer and polymer synthesis, raw material analysis, device fabrication, and various characterization methodologies. A strong background in polymerization kinetics, structure-property relationships, organic chemistry, and photochemistry is essential, with the ability to translate bench-top findings into pilot-scale processes.
