ØYou will work closely with the account manager and local technical support to translate customer requirements into material designs and create process guidelines tailored to customer needs and equipment constraints. ØYou will visit customers, maintain close communication to obtain accurate information, provide technical support, and build good relationships based on trust. ØYou will collaborate with suppliers to determine the design and specifications of raw materials, completing the process from material selection to mass production ØYou will prepare reports for internal R&D programs and create presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders . •A master’s degree or higher with a major in chemistry •Experience in materials development, particularly in semiconductor lithography, at a chemical company •Strong communication skills in Japanese, Chinese, and English •A keen interest in new material development and experience in customer support •Project leader experience with the ability to lead team members in development •Strong leadership skills and the ability to build good relationships with team members •A proactive and positive attitude; sports experience is welcome •Ability to engage in active, open, and honest communication within the team and across international teams •A high level of safety awareness
