Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, and 4+ years of industry experience Ability to integrate a broad range of scientific and engineering disciplines. Ability to design meaningful experiments and in-depth analysis of results. Good documentation skills and ability to communicate experimental design, results and plans through presentations and reports. Understanding of physical chemical principles to scale up chemical manufacturing processes. Ability to develop, validate and transfer processes to manufacturing or OEM vendors. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Desire to be part of a rapidly evolving organization, with a compelling technology, and taking products and processes to the next level. Experience with automation equipment or custom instrumentation. Experience developing plastic consumables for microbiology applications. Successfully developed and transferred processes in the life science industry. Managed a multidisciplinary team to develop a product, transfer a process or solve a manufacturing issue. Experience using statistical tools for process control.
