SENIOR SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH:

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH - JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and coach organizations on Scrum practices. The role involves driving continuous improvement and agile maturity within a large-scale enterprise environment. The candidate will be involved in facilitating Agile practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of Agile delivery experience
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster team collaboration
  • Deep experience in conflict resolution and decision facilitation
  • Skilled at mentoring Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills rooted in situational awareness
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Strong communication skills

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of additional Agile methodologies
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Ability to drive strategic Agile change
Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Assessing the agile maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
  • Building a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on problem-solving
  • Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and actively sharing information
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
