We’re hiring an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a large-scale financial services environment on a 6-month rolling contract.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience leading multiple Scrum teams in complex technical environments, with proven experience managing global and distributed Scrum teams.You’ll be responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, Scrum of Scrums, sprint and capacity planning, PI planning, delivery metrics, removing impediments, and coaching teams on Agile best practice.
Experience working within financial services, particularly across data, reporting or data warehouse programmes, would be highly beneficial. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall SDLCs is also required.
