JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide Agile processes, support self-organizing teams, and ensure timely software delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist with backlog management, and remove impediments to drive project success.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 4-7 years of experience in Agile development.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience in driving successful project outcomes.
  The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Team Empowerment: Help teams self-organize and manage their work efficiently, ensuring focus on sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and delivery.
• Coach Teams on Agile: Guide the team in adopting Agile practices and principles, fostering continuous improvement.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any blockers affecting the team’s progress, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor Progress: Track sprint goals and ensure the team stays on track, addressing issues as they arise.
• Support Release Management: Ensure all pre-release tasks are completed and keep all parties informed about release timelines.
• Defect Management: Assist in managing defects and ensuring quick resolution.
