Job Purpose The Senior Scrum Master will support Agile delivery across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data teams. This role ensures effective Scrum practices, promotes cross-team collaboration, manages delivery workflows, and maintains transparency across initiatives. The Scrum Master will partner closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to enable successful execution of complex Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to Agile principles. Guide Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data teams through iterative delivery cycles. Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to meet project goals. Identify and remove obstacles to ensure consistent delivery and progress. Enable continuous improvement and Agile best practice adoption across teams. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution. Track team performance metrics and provide clear reporting to leadership. Coach teams to enhance communication, predictability, and delivery outcomes. Ensure alignment of Agile execution with Salesforce workflows and cross-functional dependencies. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise technology teams. Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and data workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools. Demonstrated ability to guide multiple teams in fast-paced environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience working with cross-functional digital delivery teams. Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.
